Medical Representative / Key Account Executive 

Job Descriptions:

  • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers
  • Preparing customer quotations, sales plans and reports
  • To conduct specific sales and marketing activities of consumer health care products / rehabilitation equipments / medical devices to target clients
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate, preferable major in Science, Paramedical or health subjects OR lower academic level but solid sales working experience in related industry
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Can work independently and under pressure.
  • Responsible, well organized, willing to learn, hardworking and a good team player.

 


Marketing Officer 
Job Description:-

  • Assist in full range of marketing and promotion activities of health care products & medical products and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, media and PR agencies. 
  • Conduct press work preparation, press release write-up and translation. 
  • Work closely with sales teams and designers. 
  • Conduct the E-marketing activities and web-site updates. 
  • Prepare marketing materials, budgeting, program evaluation, monthly report and marketing related analysis. 
  • Conduct the literature review, marketing research and competitor analysis of new and existing products.
  • Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:-

  • Bachelor's degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing or Science field. With at least 3 years experience in Marketing operation / support function, experience in hospital equipments, rehabilitation or health care consumable products is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Independent and able to work under pressure. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organized and multi-tasking.

 


Customer Services Coordinator
Job Descriptions

  • Follow up incoming enquiries and complaints from our customers in Hong Kong.
  • Responsible to complete routine jobs (eg. quotation, invoicing, data entry, etc.)
  • Assist and responsible on other ad hoc issues if necessary.

Job Requirements :
  • Form 7 or above, preferably with science subjects.
  • Min. 2 year experience in customer services especially in sales back up services.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Independent, well-organized & good interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details, responsible, fast learner and good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS office, Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
